1, TPU casters material characteristics: wear resistance TPU highest, oil resistance, excellent elasticity, good bearing capacity, noise when things, the longest service life, applicable to luggage wheels and all kinds of industrial casters, but TPU is not resistant to hydrolysis.
2, TPE castor material is a kind of rubber with high elasticity, high strength, high resilience, but also has the characteristics of injection molding processing material. Environmental non-toxic safety, hardness is wide and has excellent color, texture soft, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature tolerance, the processing performance is superior, no cure, can be recycled to reduce costs, either the secondary injection molding, and PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS, such as matrix materials coated adhesive, also can separate molding. TPE castor material characteristics: excellent wear resistance, elasticity, shock absorption and low noise performance, and hard plastic with excellent adhesion, environmental protection non-toxic; Excellent bearing capacity, can be molded with PA, PP hard plastic wrap. Suitable for luggage wheels, cart wheels and other such industries.
3, TPR castor material characteristics: in a sense, TPR is TPE (polystyrene elastomer field). Therefore, TPR is based on SBS, which has better elasticity than TPE, but no better wear resistance than TPE. The price of TPR is lower than that of TPE, and it can also be molded with PA and PP hard plastics. Suitable for heavy casters.
